Home visits are only available to patients registered with Broad Lane Surgery. Patients must be housebound because of illness or disability.

A doctor or nurse may call you back to see if your problem can be dealt with over the telephone. It may also be appropriate to send a nurse or arrange a hospital attendance for you.

Visiting is extremely time consuming so please try to attend the surgery if possible.
